Last semester, I sojourned across campus to find the five worst classrooms. We all had a good laugh at how awful they all were! But what about the unsung heroes? What about the great classrooms? Well, dear reader, fear no more. Here's my breakdown of the five best classrooms.
How would slobbering, blacked out frat bros respond to a man repeller outfit? Would the contrast from all the other practically naked chicks entice them or would they just think I was there by mistake? I mean. can you imagine if I showed up somewhere in shoulder pads or boyfriend jeans? Not only would I go home alone, but probably in a straight jacket as well. I decided to give it a try last Thursday night (aka Thirsty Thurs of Sylly Week), and here's what happened.

Admittedly, last night was the first time I have attended a UPUA meeting in nearly a year, and it was also my first time actually having to pay attention (which is harder than it may seem). Any reasonable person, like myself, would come in with high expectations. I was hoping for an enlivened Anthony Weiner-esque speech from President T.J. Bard, a Joe Biden signature f-word slip up from VP Courtney Lennartz, or perhaps even a leftist Kucinich style outburst from fan-favorite Elias Warren. After all, galvanizing democracy is what I have come to know from my student-leaders, why should I imagine any different?
Winter break is over. Syllabus week is over. As they say, it is back to reality. After a long winter break, I'm finding it hard to get motivated for my classes this semester.
