The 17th Assembly passed two bills providing funding for events that will connect students with important resources.
The living landmark has hosted 800 students at each home football game since 1998 and an estimated 5,600 students over a typical season.
Students will now receive a non-transferable wristband which they will be required to show to enter the student section.
While the club only got permission to display part of it, the full layout is enormous, measuring in at over 30 feet.
