THON Website Gets A New Look

THON.org got a new, much needed look yesterday. The new website provides users with a much more friendly interface — a refreshing update from the old, often confusing site. There are still some remnants from the old site, including essentially the same content, but the site has several noticeable improvements.

The layout is almost completely new, and includes new link titles to transport you to the various features of the site. There are direct links on the homepage to some of the most important resources, including THON’s social media sites, the THON store, and a calendar of events. Though the new site doesn’t come with a mobile friendly version (yet), it’s refreshing to have a new updated site for students, families, and donors to navigate through.

With captain applications due this Friday, August 31st, applicants should also take note of the changed information pages. The content is almost all the same, but this specific part of the website is much easier to pilot than its predecessor. With a new website will certainly come new questions, so remember that if you are having a problem you can always reach out to technology@THON.org for assistance.
