In a statement, IFC President Rick Groves elaborated on the Executive Board's recommendation to the university and fully supported its decision to suspend KDR.

Penn State Suspends KDR For Three Years Despite IFC Decision

After a two month investigation that garnered significant national news interest, Penn State handed down a three year suspension to the Kappa Delta Rho fraternity. Penn State released a statement earlier this evening, which included a letter from Vice President for Student Affairs Damon Sims, announcing the decision.
