Mike the Mailman to Hit Center Stage

Penn State's favorite mailman is making his way from the post office to the theater. As announced by Penn State Thespians, Mike Herr -- better known as Mike the Mailman -- will appear in the Thespians' production of "In the Heights" this week.

High School Senior Rachel Reiss Named Next Feature Twirler

One of the Blue Band's greatest traditions is the feature twirler, also known as the Blue Sapphire. With four-year twirler Matt Freeman set to graduate, there were open auditions to find his replacement. Rachel Reiss, an incoming freshman from Lancaster, found out on Friday that she was selected to replace Freeman.

UPUA To Hold Second Presidential Debate Tonight

UPUA election day is Wednesday, and the presidential candidates will get a second and final shot at winning votes via debate tonight at 6:30 in the HUB Auditorium. The debate will be moderated by Onward State sports editor and UPUA aficionado Zach Berger and Daily Collegian editor-in-chief Brittany Horn.
